• Singles Tournament only
• Club can decide on specific conditions of play (sets/21-Up/pre-determined ends/sectional play or straight knock out/playing dates/duration, etc)
• Minimum Entries – 24 (works well in sections of three)
• Entrance fee (club to determine) and all profit of the tournament go to the club
• Any other sponsors can be obtained and may be used for prize money. Any prize structure can be offered by the club
• Tournament to be held before end December 2026
• Tournament invite to be designed with the assistance and approval of the PBASA
• Event to be promoted by the club, but also via the PBASA distribution channels
• Final standings of all players and winner to be sent to the PBASA directly after completion of the event
• The PBASA must give final approval before advertising and commencement of the event
• Winner will receive an invite to the World Bowls Tour Qualifying Event to be held at the Durbanville Bowling Club early 2027 (this is not a free entry)
• If required, the PBASA can assist with any advice on the structure, format and conditions of play of the tournament
